Karin Bijsterveld joins KNAW Council for the Humanities
Karin Bijsterveld has been appointed as a member of the KNAW Council for the Humanities (Raad voor de Geesteswetenschappen) on Monday 1 May, for a period of three years.
The Council for the Humanities promotes research and knowledge transfer in the humanities, and gives advice on the position of the humanities more broadly. Karin also joined the KNAW Conference Grant Fund Committee.
The KNAW Conference Grant Fund Committee assesses applications for conference grants, the Visiting Professorship Programme and Academy Colloquia.
